Therapy Sessions

Empowering individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, shame & communication issues to find deep, wholehearted contentedness and inner-freedom using a feminist, anti-racist, trauma-informed, gender & sexuality affirming lens.


You are deserving of your love, and contentment and joy are absolutely attainable. If you long for a deeper connection with yourself or your loved ones but feel stuck due to trauma or shame manifesting as these issues, you've come to the right place:  





















Individual sessions are not right for:

  • Individuals or partnerships struggling with drug addiction

  • Suicidal individuals with a plan and intent

  • Couple's work where one or both partners is being physically abused  

  • The couple is court ordered to attend therapy

If you need referrals, I would be happy to refer you to a mental health clinic that is right for you. 


Therapy is currently hosted entirely online using a secure, HIPPA compliant platform called simple practice. I will send you a link prior to meeting.

What's Therapy Like:

In our first session, I will perform an intake assessment. We will dive into assessing your physical, social and mental health so that I can get to know you and your experiences that have brought you to this point in your life.  You will also be able to ask any questions you might have and review the intake paperwork. This assessment will take 55-60 min. 

In session two. I will introduce an exercise to help you define where you want to be at the end of therapy, so that I can put together a treatment plan that will help you achieve your goals. This appointment will take roughly 50 min. 

Sessions three and beyond are what a typical session will feel like. Having gotten all the formal, paperwork side of things taken care of, we will jump into the work of helping you become the best version of yourself. Your relationship with yourself is the foundation of your life, and like every relationship, learning to love and stay in-love with yourself takes work. Thankfully, you don't have to do that work alone!

Couples usually experience an epiphany around 10-15 sessions. At this point couples usually know if they want to stay together, and if so, begin seeing real changes in the relationship. I do not expect couples sessions to continue indefinitely. If you put in the work, I promise you will see significant changes! 


Linnea Logas Psychotherapy is out of network with all insurance companies and is a fee-for-service provider. However, you have the option of using your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). You can also choose to seek reimbursement from your insurance independently. Please verify specific requirements for reimbursement with your insurance prior to our first session. 

Choosing to bypass insurance allows me to work with you in ways that I find more effective, since the hoops insurance requires a provider to jump through can be incredibly limiting. Benefits of fee-for-service care include: keeping your health information private, keeping care focused on you and your needs as opposed to focused on your diagnosis (because you are FAR more than your diagnosis!), individualized length of services and no cap on the number of sessions you are allowed, and more productive time focused on your treatment rather than for insurance required tasks. 



50-55 minutes talk for individuals: $150

50-55 minutes couples work: $175

50-55 minutes Accelerated Resolution Therapy: $150

90 and 120 minute sessions available by request

Paying It Forward:

Karma Sessions: $150+ A fund has been set aside to provide pro-bono and sliding scale sessions to uninsured, low-income individuals. Donate to the fund by paying a little extra each session, or with a single donation. If you are in need sliding scale, please contact me for availability.


Additionally, karma sessions help fund a monthly contribution to Root to Crown Healing, helping to provide mental health access to black and brown individuals who otherwise do not have access. If you would like to contribute to them directly, you can do so here:
