There are so many important ways we prepare for our children, but our relationship with our spouse or partner is often not one of them. 69% of relationships experience a decline in marital satisfaction over the three years following a new baby. The result is often increased hostility and conflict that extends beyond the couple's relationship and leads to compromised parenting and decreased quality in parent-infant interaction. Utilizing additional resources and research from Dr. Thomas Gordon's Parent Effectiveness Training, Alfie Kohn's Unconditional Parenting approach, and the latest research on attachment and your child's brain, this workshop will set you up to be there for your child when it really counts.​​
